Relax
No problems whatsoever, of course it is permitted. My experience from the Turkish border was that they asked me if the trailer was on the car's license plates which it was (max 750 kg GW) and they didn't bother with the trailer anymore. When I handed the bike papers they asked for the second passport which I of course couldn't hand over since I was traveling alone. Officially only one vehicle per passport can enter the country, they said.
Have to state that I didn't want to use the CPDs so they were putting the vehicles into the passport. Using the CPD I would presumably be able to get in any number of vehicles. After some 10 min kind officials solved the issue. Don't know how exactly, the only thing I can find out in my passport is that the trailer is added by hand to the car stamp with some additional explanation and I can also see the registration and chassis No. of the bike next to the trailer. All with reference to the customs document No. of the car.
Hope it proved (too?) useful.
