Is this an XR200? Or close enough?

I've been trying to get info on my Honda CTX200 (farm bike) here in South Africa, with remarkably little luck. I think it's only sold here, Oz, NZ and maybe Brasil and neighbors.

Anyway, someone elsewhere told me this might be the same (as far as maintenance, specs like valve clearance, etc.) as an XR 200. ANy thoughts?
