It would be a bad german campground, if they didn't.... ;-)
Jens, I signed up for a presentation, would also like to do a small workshop. Shall I sing up again a 2nd time?
See you next month.
Ciao Alex

Only 1 more month to go...
Hello Travellers out there,
today we had a great day of riding in our area - hundreds of bikes on the roads - especially close to Johanniskreuz(Pfälzer Wald).
The riding was nice, we were a group of 7 people - exploring the roads for you - because we want to show you these roads at our HU Meeting next month.
Hope to see you soon, hopefully with great weather!
Jens

HU meeting
This lines up with my current ride from Australia to the UK nicely so I'll definitely be stopping by.
I've also just registered to present on the adventure so far

I'm sad
I shall miss the Family Meyer- their welcome, hospitality and food were second to none- and those schnitzels they cooked were some of the best around.
Should we send Jens on a cooking course I wonder...?

Schnitzels are everywhere...
Hi Bertrand,
I am sad too, but the Meyer sold the Gasthaus and now it will be closed... for longer period...
Camping Pfrimmtal:
The new spot finally has real showers and toilets!!!
About the food:
We have a fire place and I will bring a big barbecue so everybody is welcome to use it. Just bring your meat and some coal... I will have firewood on the spot, but some coal would be helpful...
Drinks:
I will try to arrange cold , soft drinks and water for very reasonable prices... that means not to restaurant - hopefully it works...
If it will be very cold, I will have "Glühwein" of course!
We will set up the Circus Tent and everybody is welcome to use it as a place to eat, chat, or whatever you want to do...
If you haven´t - please register for the Meeting - thank you!
See you soon - Jens

Let me know if you didn't receive it. I'll have the presentation on a netbook, but will need a data projector and speakers.
Looking forward to meeting you Jens.

Hi Jens
Looking forward to the event.
Haven't received any confirmation from you about hardware availability (mentioned above) or that you've been able to fit in my talk on Thursday/Friday (As mentioned in my presenter registration: I'm heading elsewhere on Saturday morning). Please let me know.
Many thanks
Chris

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
