2nd HU Germany Meeting(21.-24.5.2009) Workshops wanted - don´t be shy...
Are you able to talk to other people about travelling on a motorcycle? Can you show them how to fix a flat tyre? How to cook on firewood or something else? How to prepare a perfect first aid kit??? Can you help a first time traveller to put all his gear together? What to take and even more important what to leave at home??? How to ship a bike around the world - by boat or plane??? Maybe you could do a little workshop for the others on our 2nd HU Meeting in Germany(21.5.-24.5.2009)
If you have any question -please ask me.
HU Treffen in Deutschland(21.5.-24.5.2009).
Frag mich, falls Du etwas wissen möchtest!

Where are the travellers?
Hi guys,
We know that you can fix tyres in the middle of nowhere - can you show how to do it at our Meeting? Or can you cook for us, or explain how to transport bikes to another continent?
Now its your turn....
Thanks for your help - Jens

Sorry, not much help here.
I schedule flats for when I'm around a tire repair place. Paying a couple dollars to the third world tire changer is much better than busting my knuckles up on doing it myself - and much more entertaining! Several flats, no two fixes ever done the same way.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
