Myself and Martin will be there love the place , this will be our first summer meeting !! be weird waking up there without a frost !!
g4wod_john we shall be leaving the week before and meeting up in Germany with some other bikers from another forum . We shall be camping all the way . So if you want to tag along or meet up somewhere that would be good .
Jens i have a manual tool for the puncture repair now , so i won't
embarrass myself not being able to repair a bloody puncture.
We can also arrive early if you would like a hand setting up ... let us know .
Looking forward to seeing all our old friends and making new

Hi Mark and Martin.
I will be staying overnight in a motorcycle friendly guest house in Pas de Calais on Tuesday 5th June then traveling onto Germany over the next two days, I have not got a location to stop at on the Wednesday night was going to wing it and try and find a camping site, if you have a map ref for where you are staying on Wednesday night then if it is close to any route I could take then I will try and hook up with you.
If not then I will see you at the meeting.
Cheers John

Hi Jens,
Hope all is well and the planning is sorted. Just thought I would let you know I am in Sedan, France, (near Charlesville Mezieres) and will be heading out tomorrow, and just thought I would let you know I have booked in for tomorrow, but based on the distance to go, and riding the back roads there is a chance I either will not make it there until Saturday morning, or get in late on Friday.
Looking forward to meeting everyone and to the speakers.
Cheers,
Ian from Canada
p.s. Reason for the delay, is I was at a friends son's wedding near Bordeaux, and it took a bit longer than planned to get up this way.

p.s.
Meant to add, if anyone has any questions about British Columbia in Western Canada, or riding in the Pacific North West, I would be happy to talk to anyone.
Cheers,
Ian

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
