HU Meeting Germany
Surprise, surprise! Wouldn't have expected the like in this part of the world ;-))
When can any details be expected, and who is responsible for this meeting? If any volunteers are needed, please drop me an email.
Hans

I don't know who's organising it but I wish they had picked the weekend before as I'd be more able to make it.

Date and registration is posted - and we had registrations within hours of posting, so some people are keen to go!
It looks like a great location, with excellent riding in the area, English and German presentations, good food, free camping, good people, what more could you want?
We hope to see you there!
Grant and Susan

Sadly, it conflicts with the annual vintage bike rally at Dijon, France... and cant resist looking at 2,000 old bikes (mostly British) parked and on the racetrack.

Slide shows wanted - tell your travel story -don´t be shy....
Do you like slide shows? Did you enjoy good storys of other motorcycle travellers before?
Now it`s your turn! Prepare your own slide show and show it on the very first HU Travellers Meeting in Germany (22.5. - 25.5. 2008)
It should be about 1 hour and around 100 pictures, it doesn`t have to be a professional one....
We found out the less professionell slide shows were the most funny ones!
If you have questions, don`t hesitate to contact me!

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
