HU CanWest July 11-14 2024

Get it in your calendar!

Registration and information pages are now open!

The 2023 event had great weather, not too hot, and no smoke, so we're crossing our fingers for the same date next year

The biggest problem - there was so much going on, so many things to choose from, that figuring out what you wanted to see or participate in was tough! (We had up to 5 things at once, so there was something for everyone!)

Some of the review comments already in:

"That was the best presentation I've ever seen!"

"Hi. Grant and Susan. It’s hard to find any fault with your event. First of all you two are a very cool couple. It was truly an incredible event. Probably the best four days riding I’ve had in a long time.
Sadly and regretfully, I’m hoping not to be there next for I hopefully will be in South Africa. By the time your event starts I will be in the heart of Afrique."
That's a GREAT reason - and the only good one for missing a Meeting!

"Great overall event"

"Highlight: The many slide shows and presentations. Ryan’s presentation was great and thoroughly enjoyed. I picked some great riding tips."

"Love the event. I will be back"

"I got more involved this year and that made it a great event"
We've heard that many times, so be sure to volunteer and become PART of the event next year!
"Great combo of rider training. Ryan is excellent!"

"I really liked the hand-on tire swap and flat repair training and the bike maintenance sessions."

So what are YOU waiting for!? Sign up now for the best rates!

A few photos from CanWest 2024!

CHANTIL and TRAVIS GILL attended HU California 2015 where they were inspired to travel sooner than later. Since then, they've ridden most through Europe and a bit of north Africa over the past 3.5 years of full-time motorcycle overlanding. They share their adventures via UPSHIFT magazine and viajarMOTO,

MARIA SCHUMACHER with new friends!
In 2012 MARIA SCHUMACHER and her partner made a plan to travel the world by motorcycle. Since then they lead a life interrupted by travel. Or is it the other way around? Having ridden around Europe, Eurasia, India and Australia, they are now on a journey from Canada to Argentina.

New to Horizons Unlimited?

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
