Thank You!
Hi All,
Thanks for a great weekend... it was great to see those who made it to Applecross in September again and to meet lots of new people too!
A Big THANK YOU to both Iain & Debz for organising everything. It was great... even with the hail... snow... rain... etc... Never camped in hail before! When's the next one!?!
As Laura mentioned... we had a fun ride back up north!
After a very long shower and about an hour infront of the fire I felt human again! Gave the bike a jet wash after work today so it looks better too!
I am still curious though about what happened to the V-Strom? I'm sure that you could have fitted 3 bikes on the trailer!
Also... Clive... how's your Beemer?
Anyway, looking forward to the next one already!

Noooo!
So gutted I couldnt make it, looks ace!
I would really like to try the trail ride though. Does someone need to be leading it or can anyone have a go? My TA hasnt seen too much off road action yet so if someone could point me in the right direction that'd be awesome.
'till next time!

Hi all
Pub was good with roaring fire and aplenty. Waterfall in the grounds very pretty in the daytime but pretty spectacular in the middle of the night after hours and hours of rainfall - I'm not so sure drunken people should be going to look at waterfalls - let's just say that it wasn't only the water that fell!! Anyway, I think (hope!) a good weekend was had by all.
A big thank you to Dazzer and Basil for looking after us all so well on the off road ride out. Really goods pics too.
And thanks to everyone that came along, it was great to catch up with everyone again and to meet some new faces too.
Until the next time......

hi all, thanks to Ian and Debz for the weekend,i enjoyed myself, hope you all got home safe,I had some fun coming home over Shap on the M6,thought the side wind was a bit strong,or the snow slightly slippery, bike was wandering a bit, rear trye had a cut in it,oops! slime didn't help much, couldn't get a repair done or replacement,so I had to grudgingly accept a lift home in the recovery van, damn!
Take care, John.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
