I am in Henley and if you want to meet up one evening during the Regatta it could be fun. The town goes crazy. I am happy to be the host for this inaugural meet-up. The dates are from 1st. July to 4th July. Any evening in Henley would be good. I am busy on Saturday and Sunday but I can recommend the Saturday Fireworks in Henley at about 9:30 pm. So Wed, Thursday or Friday evening anyone? Nigel 01491 575267

Hello everyone; I would also be interested in a meet-up or ride-out. Can't make 1st July due Goodwood Festival of Speed. Going to the HU UK meeting tomorrow.
Best wishes, John Edwards

I'm local (Surrey / Hants border) and would be up for a toddle out at some point. Stupid busy at the moment though; maybe in a week or so.

Hello all,
How about something this Thursday evening (1st July) ? I am keen to do something soon but can't do this coming weekend.
Failing that, how about an evening next week or the following weekend?
It would be nice to get something arranged, it's bound to rain soon!

Hear ya on the bound to rain soon
I could do Thursday evening and probably the Sunday as well. Though I might be tired from the Saturday ride, if all goes well with the Cury Riders.
It sounds like Thursday has 3 or 4, shall we meet in Henley? Nigel can you suggest a good meeting point where we can park our bikes?

Hi GStourer
I think a few people did manage to hook up in Henley, in the summer; but I'm not sure. It seems coordinating diaries is the challenge.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
