it works that one for 2004.
I have a 1993 KLE400 and the kle500 manual for 2004 still works.

KLE500 2005 manual
Hi there all,
have just posted same on other manual enquiry from adventureboy and mathias.
I have a 2005 workshop service manual in PDF format plus an illustrated parts breakdown with part numbers.
I don't think there were too many changes from the early models thru to the last. Mainly cosmetic, airbox snorkel and cats, front nose/light etc.
Maybe someone can answer this for me: did the earlier models have a light on/off switch on the R/H switchblock, between the kill switch and elec start button?
Was thinking if this was so, it would fit on my 2007 model and could be used for aux lights.
Can email the docs and/or put on google share. Man file is 8 MB, will have to try to compress, but email generally does not like files over 1 MB.
Regards,
Shaun
