KLR 650 1998 (Santiago)
Hi to all
I'm about to buy a KLR in Santiago with 30 000km on it.
Now I am a mechanic so I do all the qtuff on my bikes myself.
I don't have any experience with KLR's though.
I'll follow the dakar rally nexxt month so i need the bike to be in good shape.
As i can read, the doohickey is one the things to replace.
Since i don't have any tools that go with the bike i'll have to buy some.
But to replace the doohickey i'll need some special tools.
Does anyone know a place where i can geet it done or do it myself?
Also, where can i find a good shop to buy some KLR spare parts in Santiago?
Anybody else following the Dakar Rally in SA?
Greetz
