PDOiler Installation on my KLE 500

Hello everybody,

I wanted to show you the fittment of the PDOiler on my KLE 500.
As you will see on the pics, i have chosen a different approach off the routing, and i think its much better than anything else, and more important almost invisible.
Have fun.

The PDOiler installed on opposite to chain side.

Small update: i will move the wick feeder on the upper part of the chain guard, cause the chain ripped it off despite the correct lenght.
I will post some pics when its ready.

Pics about the new wick position on top of chain guard.

I used only the right mounting point because otherwise the wick is to close to the sprocket.

Ready.

I have done same before, the position of oil outlet as yo did...wont last longger..the chain will ripped of the outlet especially when ride offroad with excessive chain vibration.
As advised before in this forum...by someone..i cant remember, better to fix the outlet at position 9 oclock on the sprocket. I have done that..Its prove...some more the oil will not splash on your tyre also...

PDOiler still works well? Going to buy this one or tutoro :

PDOiler is fully automatic once correctly installed because of the pump method. Best investment i ever made, chain has now 12000 km and is still as new.
I dont now about the tutoro (the automatic seems to be new) but highly recommend the PDOiler.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
