690 Exhaust Upgrade

I've managed for 2 years with the standard exhaust on my 690 enduro but I have had enough of it sounding like a knackered hair dryer and want to set it free a little.

A friend has the same bike with the £600 Akropovic exhaust on there which sounds nice but is blinkin expensive.

GPR do a nice looking one for £300 on ebay. Looks like it suits the bike better than the FMF one too.

Anyone had this exhaust - any feedback?

wings

Akrapovic without the price tag ... Wings are well regarded KTM exhaust specialists.

Because sound matters!

Had them on my 950. Top quality and sound great. 2 levels of DB killer or none at all

Question

Anybody on here actually had one of these Wings exhausts fitted to their 690E? Would be keen to get a first hand opinion for the actual bike I have.

I have checked out their website and read a lot about these exhausts fitted to different bikes and everything sounds great, just can't find anybody who has fitted one to a 690E.

Anybody?

I've had the Wings can on my 690 for 10,000 miles.
Sounds good and I've had no fueling issues.
I usually run the high power setting.

Love the bike and have had no problems.

I have a FMF Q4 ti. It sounds great and is quiet. The wings exhaust is looked after with high regard on the ADVrider forum.

You could flip a coin...

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
