Besides above suggestions, perhaps?
* airfilter dustcover (twinair)
* consider mounting the rear rallye petrol tank for redundancy in crashes... The orginal tank is pretty solid (i know from experience) but still depending on where you are going it could be gold
* rallye bash plate with tool and water storage. expensive but well worth it IMHO
* through away the cheapy plastic tool box under your seat and replace it with some larger waterproof aluminium box that will hold most of your (long) tools
* also got the scotts re-usable oil filters, higher flow and better filtering plus some extra magnets on it... I like it very much
* indeed, the alu rear sprocket does not last very long, get a steel one! http://www.allroadtour.fi completely ate my teeth!
