We're doing the same trip Dec/Jan. Would be interested to hear how you get on. Also - if anyone is going to be in the area over Christmas let me know.

we won't be there till christmas, but might be interested in teaming up. I'd have to confer with the others: three of us on bikes. travelling light, but happy to travel lighter in exchange for scouting. esp on Amguid bit where there's little to scout and heaps to carry!

Hi Sam,
sounds interesting. Your group is about one week behind, but we will take more time getting to Tam.
You will only go for the Assekrem-loop?
No Djanet, no Illizi, no Amguid?
Still, could be intersting exchanging info, or teaming up in Tam for this few-day trip.
Will you be too on the "Karawanserei" Camping in Tam on 3.Nov?
Have a good trip.Ben

Ps: Any hesitation in your group for not travelling, due to the Irak conflict?
My travelling partners are a little scared if the war would start...

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
