Hi all,
Just returned from my second trip to the Gilf and Uweinat, which started with the landcruiser loaded with 25 jerry cans of fuel and water on the roof rack.
That's extreme off-roading/4-wheeling by normal standards, but I doubt it would make great television, considering the speeds we had to travel to save the cars from all possible problems. But it made a great expedition trip, nevertheless.
Glad we had no one urging us always to look at the camera and talk bullshit or to crest the dunes throwing up huge clouds of sand, Baja style ;-)
