looking to share guide costs (Niger/Algeria)
Hi,
My husband and I are travelling from Mali to the Niger/Algeria border (Assamaka/In Guezzam) then North to Tam. Expecting to be at border on or around Feb 4th.
As a guide is required to take us up to Tam we are hoping to share the costs. We are on motorbikes. If anyone maybe heading the same direction and would like to hook up and share the costs please let us know.
Also, having just read Yves posting on the tourist attack outside Agadez, would anyone like to convoy with us?
Stay safe all

Hi PrincessAbroad
We would be interested in hooking up with you for Niger into Algeria. Just not sure about timings. We are 2 girls and a guy in a Landy Defender and are planning to leave the UK on 28 December, heading to Morocco then south to Mauritania - Mali - Niger - Algeria - Tunisia - Libya. Sharing guide costs will be a huge plus. Who are you arranging a guide with? We have made contact with Sahara Travel in Dublin who have been very positive with their reply. I believe we need to give them copies of all relevant documentation before we leave and they will then arrange visa and guide for specific date when we make contact from Mali/Niger. Please let me know what you plans are.
Cheers
Bel
