Yes it is. The car and motorbikes will all be given a seperate customs document when you enter. Make sure they give you the maximum 6 months time limit (date near the top on the paper - you can keep your vehicle in Morocco for 6 out of every 12 months - think this runs Jan to Dec)
Then, you will need to organise with customs before you fly out where you will store the vehicle and leave them the keys (leave ones that won't start or open the vehicle!) and registration documents.
They will issue a reciept and so when you fly back in you hand the reciept to customs and they will give you your keys and documents back.
I left my landy at Marrakech airport like this. Was quick to organise, left it in the carpark so had to pay parking charges of 10d a day and somebody kindly helped themselves to my fuel via the sedimentor.
If you want to leave it in a hotel or at somebody's place then you need to find the customs office in town and they will inspect teh vehicle at the hotel etc
If your not leaving it within the city limits it all got a bit complicated and as I was in a hurry the airport seemed the easiest way.
Hope that helps?
