Hi Tomi
Morocco trips have been covered quite well in this forum, more so now that Algeria is off limits.
1) A two-week trip to Morocco is plenty if you plan well, as you are doing.
2) It is one of the easiest countries to travel, from a purely administrative point of view, with limited documentation required and friendly people.
3) The country is very varied and I suggest a bit of mountain and a bit of desert
4) Chris Scott’s routes are well researched and well chosen.
5) imho a local guide here and there opens many doors too.
6) my last trip combined all this and was extremely successful; some of my route required 4x4 (I was in a Land Rover Discovery)
7) The trip between the Gorges Dadés and Todra is very rough, but can be done in a stout 2wd provided you are not overloaded.
8) check out my trip itinerary and details which may give you some ideas. http://www.kitmax.com/kitmax/kit12tr...04_morocco.htm
Good luck
