This is to inform you that Hamish Stewart is no longer a director of, or
connected with, in any way, OneLife Adventures. This is effective from 8th
March 2004.

Regretably I feel we need to inform you of this in light of the contents of
the attached e mail that I have discovered Mr Stewart sent to you recently,
without the knowledege of either Chris or myself. I have also seen that this
information has been posted onto the forum and in the country section of
your site. The advice relating to numberplate construction and entry to
Libya is complete fiction. No vehicles connected with OneLife are currently
in North Africa and neither Chris or I have ever given advice about making
number plates to any travellers contemplating this route.

...To the best of my knowledge this Libya/Niger border remains problematical in a south to north direction.

I apologise for any embarrasment this unfortunate situation has caused you.

I must say I had my suspicions about OneLife tho someone has put up a pack opf money to set it up. The whole idea seemed a bit far fetched. I sent in a fake enquiry once and got a mesage "All tours were full"... which seemed a tall story.
Their web itinerary showed a lack knowledge of the Sahara (visiting north Mali, ... flying in to Bilma to join a tour...?). Looks like the plates were bogus too.

The revised website offers much more realistic tours
