I don't know about campers but for motorbikes I used motorcycle express. The other company is progressive insurance. It's probably worth a call or email to them as if they don't insure campers they will probably know does.

To the best of my knowledge, any automobile liability policy written in the USA is automatically valid in all of Canada, and vice-versa.
I believe that there is a treaty, or some other kind of agreement between Canada and the USA on this matter, specifying that anyone who underwrites liability insurance anywhere in either country must provide the minimum amount of liability coverage required in all 50 states and all the Canadian provinces and territories.
As for price, that may well vary depending on where you purchase the policy, but I have no knowledge about that. I live in Canada, and under provincial law, I am obliged to buy my auto coverage from a company licenced to underwrite in my province... I can't 'shop around' as a visitor from overseas can.

I was browsing for motorcycle insurance in Canada and came across this company that specialises in RVs. They may help.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
