Cost of Baku > Turkmenistan Boat for car?
Hi there,
Travelling in a Landrover 110 Defender next year, and hoping to use the boat from Baku to Turkmenistan.
Does anyone have an experience on prices paid for such a vehicle on that crossing?
Cheers,
Mike

$250 for the car, plus $95-100 per passenger. Plus $10 for the bridge in Turkmenbashi, along with a host of other charges to get in

Thanks! Good to know... Was there any lenience on the price, is it wirth bartering or that just likely to mean not getting on the boat?

well i took the boat the other way around and had to pay on arrival. I only found out that i had to pay $100 for the bike after getting off the ferry and there was no arguament over payment - pay or you don't leave
