Is it for you or for you and your bike? You only cost €488 on that day via Tokyo Narita.

For moto shipping by air from Seoul to Vancouver, search Wendy Choi on this site and you will find all you need. Wendy is a shipping agent in Seoul who handles many bikes each year. She did a great job getting my bike air shipped from Seoul to Vancouver last summer.

Hi Ride Far, Can you tell us a little about the logistics/costs of that air shipment?

I would figure on something in the ballpark of $2300- $2500 USD for the moto air shipment from Seoul to Vancouver.
Assuming you're entering Korea from Russia, you need to get your moto from Vlad to Seoul as well on a ferry and that's over $800, including yourself and bike on the ferry and customs and service fees.
Sea shipping is cheaper, but then again you're incurring daily expenses for a month or however long it takes for the boat to cross the Pacific.
For anyone shipping into Vancouver by either air or sea, BE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOUR VEHICLE IS 100% SPOTLESS and free of any little bit of "foreign dirt." Vancouver customs takes "foreign dirt" very, very seriously and you do not want to hear that your vehicle needs to return to Korea or Vlad after it fails the Vancouver customs inspection!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
