No carnet needed, for bike registered, in Korea..
Show up 4 hours before loading ,, prepare temporary export/import declaration, at the customs booth.
You do need to declare the temp export at your local ward dmv ,,, Have a ROK sticker and Korean license plate in English, on an acrylic plate. Banner ad making shop can make this for 10,000 Won.
