What is the question? :confused1:
If you are bicycling in Nepal then it is all one country ...
If you are bicycling from London to Tibet in two months .. that fairly quick! Say 8,000+km in 60 days = 134km+ every day on a loaded touring bike? Don't think so.
If you only want help going over a boarder with a bicycle then I think you'll find those places where it is perceived to be difficult the local touts will be there to 'assist'.
So what route are you thinking of, or what border do you think will be 'difficult'?

Sorry I though Tibet was Nepal .. got mixed up. So you start in Tibet and go to Nepal... Yes well as the post below says .. you will be stuck with a guide and probably a driver in a car. Or truck. Not nice. Are you fixed on Tibet? Butan is expensive - $R200 a day, but would be more friendly?
