If you are collecting the tires in Barnaul I would suggest you collect the tires from Dean's contact there (Andrey) and take them to be mounted on your own. I had asked Andrey to recommend a shop where I could service the bikes. Two pinched tubes (one there, one found shortly thereafter) out of four tires. Of the two tires that were directional, one was mounted backwards. Andrey did the work on the bikes and managed to poor oil down the side of one and under filled both even after I told him exactly how much was required (1/2L low of 2.3L required). All the while I got to listen to him tell me how shitty my bike (650 Rotax) was because he blew one up many years ago (not that I was surprised by this info). On the plus side, he did find me an additional tire at a local shop nearby.
Later in Mongolia we met some German bikes who had a similar experience. Another Italian rider also relayed a story
YMMV.

Hi, I think we met in Ulaiastay
Yes, I would also suggest tocollect the tires from Andrej and look out for your own shop to chance them.
in 2015 I got the tires and Andrej did a good job at a tireshop.
( I have the waypoints if you need it )
in 2017 we also ordered tires and we asked for service on an Africa Twin.
It endet up that we had to do everything oureself, the service was not supported ( but we definitely asked for that before )
The tires were chanced, but we had to do everything by ourself ( wich was not we asked for )
My Medium duty tube was damaged by Andrew and I had to pay for a used one, which was the wrong size ( what I found out later ) and I got a flat tire at lake baikal and fugured out about the wrong tube.
All in all it was a bad experiance, everything was ok 2015, but really bad 2017.
So order your tires, collect them and go to another place to get everything sorted......
