Defender 110 with rooftent etc will split
Reluctant sale of great expedition or camping vehicle. We have 2 year old so looking to buy a campervan while she's so young and then return to this set up. We've travelled and camped quite a bit so feel we have got the set up just right in terms of accomodation and storage space.
Vehicle in good condition 120000 approx on clock, LWB 300tdi, N reg, back built up to window level with storage cupboards, large aluminium draw, cubby box with CD radio and 12v sockets, Frontrunner full length roof rack, aluminum awning, 2.4m Howling Moon Tourer roof tent (used twice on short trips - we previously had a 1.4 and changed to accomodate a baby), large aluminium table which slides on tracks under roofrack (frontrunner make I think). We use an Engel 40l fridge which we will probably keep but a fridge slide is in place for your own.
£8000 the lot
Landy £6250
Rooftent £1000 (as new)
Rooftent plus rack £1200
Anything else please get in touch

I would be interested if your campervan plan might include a px on a GMC Safari Dayvan. LHD, UK reg, all leather, lights and wood, uk cd/ipod/dvd with small screen in front and big one at back. Electric folding seats make full bed. High roof, etc. Value tba, but its in excellent condition and similar ones are priced at up to £5,000. Low mileage, T&T.

Sorry.. we are after a vw westfalia camper. Would consider exchange with a Florida or LWB California.
We are in a position where we need to sell the Landy to finance the camper. I'm sure your van would sell easily on ebay....hope you acn get a buyer.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
