Only difference between the 35-10 and the 40-10 is paperwork i believe
35-10 = 3.5 tonne vehicle
40-10 = 4 Tonne vehicle
Didn't those Mountain rescue ones have a rollcage ?

Hi mate, this is a post from the 101 club web site, regarding the sale of my 101.
Ha
Ryan - word of advice. I belive there is a case in some sort of international tribunal re the fact that RHD vehicles can`t be refistered in poland and the response time for polish goverment is nearly up so I would advice to give it a bit more time...
All the best
Raf
I was in a similar situation but have decided sell, regardless of Polish law, so i don't know the exact law now.
A fresh MOT would give you a years driving in Poland though.
Also If you have a sliding side door for passengers on the ''wrong side'' that may be a problem in Poland
