Mercedes 2421 Overland Truck For Sale
Here is an email from a British charity called the Sabre Trust. They bought this truck off Nomadic Expeditions a few years back and have used it for their work in west Africa. Currently for sale, read on:

Here is a picture of the one in the UK - it is a 2421 Benz 24 seater overland truck. It is a 1991 model, but the engine is much newer than that (exact age can be confirmed later on). It comes with spares and tools and will need service and to be made road legal. Asking £11500 for it but in true African style that is the first price!

He lives in Elmina, Ghana. The Dutch guys who run the Stumble Inn just outside of Elmina know him pretty well, if you drop them an email they will get intouch with him and ask.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
