Overland prepped defender 110 county station waggon 300tdi-UK
After a 2 year overland trip through the Americas-it is time to sell our landy-Ruby. Ruby is a 1994 defender 110 county station waggon and has done 180,000 miles. She had sold but the sale fell though due to the current situation and location of the buyers. She has a new galvanised chassis and has been overland prepped by Footloose. The roof tent has been sold separately. Here are some of the modifications/additions:
1994 LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110 300Tdi County Station Wagon
manual
new galvanised chassis
BFG AT Tyres
Additional 48l fuel tank
32 l wing Water tank+ nature pure pump
front runner rear pull out draw system
safety devices roll cage
exmoor outlast seats
raptor dash
front runner front roof rack and jerry can holder
Side awning
safe
dual battery system and battery monitor (only one battery)
foley door hasps all doors
mantec load lugger fitted in rear
swing away wheel carrier with hi-lift jack mount
window tinting and window guards
Ruby fits in a 20 foot shipping container-with the roof tent removed (which can also fit in the container)-therefore easy to ship securely.
Open to offers-would hope to get in the region of £14,000
Thank you.
Jenny and Gavin.

Hiya
We're planning a trip from across the world to the UK. this would be perfect for us.
Apologies but I don't have any ideas on local prices for something like this - any chance you could give an indication on what a fair offer would be?

Hi Jenny & Gavin,
Could you tell where in the UK you are based and an indication of your asking price. I would be very interested in the Landy .
Regards,
Eoin

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
