For sale: 4WD Mitsubishi Montero-Pajero Camper Diesel in march '14+- in SA

Old but reliable:

Mitsubishi Pajero (Montero in spanish) long version 2,5 l Turbodiesel, 5 Gear manualshift and* 4x4 with low range (2H-4H-N-4L), automatic hubs, consumption 10 litres per 100 km on tar road, diesel is cheaper than gasoline in South America . Model 1988, 430.000 km, Paraguaian plates. Motor rebuilt at 400.000 km, new Turbo.

Suppliment: Bed 1,90 x 1,40 meters reorganized in 5 minutes, so that the backseats can be used completely. Luggage can be placed under the bed in plastic boxes or on the stable baggage roof carrier. Darkened rear and side windows so nobody can look inside to the bed at night.

Campinggear, tent, 2 warm sleeping bags, blanket, gasstove, cooking equipment* etc. tools, 4 cans, spare parts all inclusive.

Transfer to an other owner either in Paraguay officially (in Paraguay this is easily possible for all foreigners) or in any other country* with contract confirmed by public notary.

Cheap car with which you can drive almost anywhere (for example to* Nabusimake in Colombia), even to the "highest hights" (4.800m in Colombia without problems). This Modell is widely spreaded in South America so you can buy spare parts or find mecanics who know that car everywhere, no electronics in the car. Because of the dark windows you can camp in towns as well, not to be recognized as a Gringocar.

Price 4.500 Dollar or 3.375 Euro neg.

Will sell the car in Bolivia or neighbor countries (also Ecuador or Paraguay) from middle of february to middle of april 2014.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
