UK reg Bedford Truck for sale in SA next year!
Bedford MK - registered, 2001
Make: Bedford
Model: mk ( like a Mj but multfuel so can run on diesel or aviation fuel or cooking oil)
CC: 5900
Gearbox: Manual
Fuel: Diesel
Country of Registration: UK
Year of Registration: 2001 ( built in 1977 )
Current Location: Cape Town, SA ( will be in July 2013,now its in Reykjavik)
KM: 50 000km ( currently 30,000 but will have 50 on completion of the trip)
Price (USD): 3000
Date of last service: May 2012


History: Bought in the UK ( right hand drive) ,its ex british army,done very little km, currently in Iceland,will be driving it to capetown via the west coast from January 2013 taking passangers.


Extras: Spare wheel, 10 water containers ( 20 l) extra fuel tank,solur pannel.sound system, power inverter, comprressed air pump,hand winch,spades,gas stove,
The truck will have open sides with canvas and clear plastic roll up windows when it is traveling in africa....but its very easy to convert back to its current format( just a bit of wood and paint)

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
