+1

It would be interesting to see a gallery with some of the photos that did not win the competition. Just because they weren't selected as one of the 13 best does not mean they are not worth looking at. I know I would not want to be a judge! :confused1:

Photo Contest - see the contest page for more:

http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/con...9-photocontest

We are working on a system where you will be able to see virtually all the photos from all the contests, but it's not ready yet.

For now, the winners of this years can be seen from a link to the Calendar on the page above, or on this months issue of the Ezine - see newsletter link left.

Remember to ALWAYS set your cameras to the very highest resolution available - you can always reduce, but you can't increase, and we've seen some great shots lose out because the default camera setting was too low.

Thanks for the interest guys, and get out there and get snapping!

We had around 400 photos submitted, so the competition was tough!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
