I am a photographer, naturalist, eco warrior and friend of the planet. My home base is Australia and I have also lived in Canada & the USA. I am a photographer, naturalist, eco warrior and friend of the planet. My passion is photographing wildlife, nature, people & their culture. I have travelled around most of Australia and New Zealand capturing images of some of the incredible diversity of wildlife we have on this huge continent.
At present I am living in Thailand and looking for a Hospitality position. Before moving to Thailand I was a Naturalist Guide at Southern Ocean Lodge( voted best Lodge in the World 2011/2012 ) an amazing Eco Lodge on Kangaroo Island which is off the coast of South Australia.
This blog is about my motorbike ride from Phuket to Chang Rai in Northern Thailand, then on to Mae Sot and down the Burma border before heading to Bangkok and back to Phuket. This is on my Honda PCX 150. This will be a trip of over 5000kms.
While I have access to a couple of cameras including a Canon 7D. I am only taking my little Leica V-Lux 40 to capture images on this trip. It is a small compact pocket camera and produces amazing images, if you want to know more there is some information at the bottom of this page.
