Andy's Awfully Big Adventure 2011
As some of you are aware I was looking for travelling companions to visit Mongolia this year. No one was available to come and for that I am truly grateful. Odd? Yes, but having someone else along would have been inconvenient as the trip unwound.
I left the UK on the 13th May and successfully managed to travel all the way across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia and became the first person to pilot a sidecar outfit across Monglia from Tsagaannuur to Ereentsay.
I had the most fantastic time and will be back to do it all again in 2013 but, this time, on a solo with my Canadian brother when we will end up in Canada.

I arrived back in the UK on 28th June after travelling 14,500+ miles on my faithful Ural Cross outfit.
By the by, a sidecar was a stupid way of doing it but the Northern Route in Mongolia is a fantastic route!
