The California Scooter Company test team complete the ride today - back to La Verne. We have ridden 2000 miles in eight days. The bike purred and the sprung seat is a pleasure even after riding ten hours.
I am not a team player. I am accustomed to riding alone. This was a steep learning curve. Hopefully my companions dont hate me. Though no doubt I am irritating and grumpy! Such is the way of old men...
Finally, you ever get the oportunity, Baja California is magnificent. Views out over the Sea of Cortez are as fine as the very best. The desert changes, fell to boulder, plateua to twisting mountain roads. For a biker, fabulous.Try it..
