You shouldn't expect anything special.
Adriatic coastal road is worth riding.
- Through Croatia there shouldn't be any problems. Must see: PLITVICE, coastal road from Rijeka to Molunat, SIBENIK, Krka Waterfalls, MAKARSKA, DUBROVNIK, and many beautifull hidden places along the road...
- In Monte Negro, be carefull on some bad sections of the road and police radars charging for their own pockets ( been there in 2003, but if you are not too smart and act kindly you can get away with it free ). Monte negro is at least equal worth wisiting as Croatia. Things not to miss ( coastal part ): BOKA KOTORSKA BAY, LOVCEN, CETINJE, BUDVA,ST.STEFAN,ULCINJ, beautiful coast...
- I haven't been in Albania yet, but I collectect some info if I visit it this year: roads are realy bad, traveling in night is not adwised, watch for police trying to take your money. Otherwise this country also worth visiting ( the poorest country in europe, but has some interesting historical sites and cities also + beaches )
- on Corfu you can go from Igoumenitsa. From Igoumenitsa, Patras and Corfu there's a daily ferry to Trieste ( Anek lines has most attractive prices ). There was also ferry from Bar (Monte Negro) to Bari (Italy) but not sure if it's stil sailing...
Watch for your bike and belongings as you would ride in Italy for example.
I've done this road ( except Albania ) with VFR 750'95 and passanger in 03 without any problems. Some sections of the road are so good that you'd put down your cases and ride again through some corners ( but be carefull one one side of the road there are rocks and on the other cliff )
Other as AnteK said.
Have a safe trip.
