If you arrive at Rosslare harbour, head for waterford and just after waterford take the N71 before you come to Dungarvan. This road is about as perfect for scenery and making good time as you can get. It will take you straight to Killarney. The only drawback is that from rosslare to killarney on this route is about 5 and a half hours. I have stopped in Mallow which is over half way to killarney.
Dont know about camping but there are some good hotels in Mallow.
The ring of Kerry is 115miles long and will take about 4 hours to ride, 5 if you stop for lunch. The coaches do not go in the clockwise direction so always head off in the clockwise direction and you wont be held up behind coaches and of course you will have no trouble when you meet onecoming the other way as your on a bike.
This part of Ireland is expensive at the moment, kenmare is a good base on the Ring of Kerry and there are campsites in that town. I have been to Kenmare four times and from there you can easily access the Kerry and Beara rings as both can 'start' from Kenmare and 'end' in Kenmare.
Have fun, ireland is great
