I'm going to offer the usual (unsolicited) advice:
Asking for "route info" for a trip which covers bits of a dozen countries on two continents seems a bit vague. There are an infinite number of routing possibilities to suit an equally infinite number of personal preferences in terms of landscapes, cultures, urban vs. rural, risk tolerance, riding styles, and more. What's more, all of the above has been addressed at length in previous threads, all of which are accessible to a site search.
For a better chance of useful responses, narrow your questions to address specific areas (e.g., Mexico north of D.F., or Argentina between the Bolivian border and Mendoza), times of year (Andean passes close; rainy seasons can be miserable and hurricanes worse), riding styles (dirt backroads; high-speed cruising; paved mountain twisties), cultural interests, lodging preferences, etc. etc. etc.
However: ask your questions after reading some of what's already been written, and make it clear that you've done some research on your own and are not just asking others to write you a customized guidebook.
Hope this is helpful, and hope if it's not you'll politely ignore it. Viajes seguros!
