Dear Rama,
First thing to do: buy a copy of the Lonely Planet guide for "Africa." This will tell you all about the things you should see in Morocco as well as in Mauritania.
You can use Morocco public transport to get as far as Dakhla. There, a convoy leaves for the Maritanian border twice a week. You can go to the assembly point and approach the drivers to ask for a lift. There will be at least a hundred overlanders there, and some don't mind company, and perhaps a little monetary assistance. Once in Nouadhibou you can ask around for Toyota 4x4 trucks to take you to Nouakchott. Several of them leave every day. Of course you must pay. You may also be lucky with overlanders. They don't mind a little extra help when getting stuck in the desert. Once in the capital, there are many things you can do. I hope you like the desert. If you don't, my advice is to stay in Agadir and have a ball.
