I went to Morocco this summer on my CB500 roadbike and found the roads to be pretty good, as long as you stick to the paved ones!
The Michelin 742 Maroc map that I had tells you which roads are paved and there are paved roads between all the places that you mentionned. In places they were a little rough but I saw worse when I was in Ireland this easter! No roads marked as "paved" on the map were too rough for my road bike...
I also had problems getting unleaded sometimes but my bike runs fine on 4*. Wouldn't yours be the same? (I thought using unleaded in a 4* engine was a no-no but the other way around ok. Please don't take my word for it though!). I suppose the other thing to say is fill up when you can, even if you are just sticking 5 litres in...
I'd get the map mentionned above and work out some of the distances for your trip as Morocco is a BIG place and on a lot of the roads trying to do 70mph felt unsafe for me. Some of the mountain roads are quite slow (unless you have a death wish!) so will take much longer than expected..
As for snow I couldn't say, but if you wanted to know about 40oC summer temperatures then I'm your man!
You'll have fun on your trip: Morocco is a great place to bike around! If there's anything else you want to know that I might be able to help I'd be happy to help...
