Tierra Del Fuego Ferry
Hi, I stored my Honda 125 in Ushuaia last November after riding down from Mexico blog at home
I got delayed here in the UK edditing an m/s. Now I must collect the bike and head north. I want to take the Puerto Natales to Puerto Mont ferry. Presumably the roads out of Ushuaia will be closed. Does anyone know of ships or ferries connecting to Puerto Natales?
Yeah, I know. Old men should stay home. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I have a book contract and don't wish to repay the advance!
Grateful for any help...

Tamic Sa
Hola "Viejo man" (así te autodefiniste)

Hi Simon
I’m just posted some links in other thread than can be helpful for you.
http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...748#post140499
I don’t recommend you to ride right now in our Patagonian Winter.
The cold isn’t the worst. The snow and the ICE it will be.
I don’t know about the ferries to PA or PN but If you will be shipping the bike whit a Truck (Fletes) be careful with the paper work. TdelF its an special territory for the Argentinean Custom so from there to the continent its like an international shipped too.
VERY IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to ask for your new Argentinean Temporary Import for your bike at any border!!!!
Saludos

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
