Australia, All or Multiple City Thread

I have to say, mianly because i want to be the first to post here. In my general experience I have never had a place turn me a way cus i am on a bike in Aus. But three places (all YHAs) have gone that extra mile.
1) Melbourne Oasis North Melbourne.. They have free parking for bikes but i showed up late and all my gear was straped to it so they helped me bring it is and lock it to the BBQ!

2) Broken Hill YHA - The Tourist Lodge.. Only a short ride from the mad max set.. and even shorter to the Red desert.. nice place.. and the manager let me park the bike in the kitchen! (along with two other bikes)

3) The Jail
25 Margaret Street, Mount Gam, South Australia, 5290, (not yha) an old Gaol on the costal route from Melbourne to Adelaide great looking place and the bike got his own cell!


.. I have normal hotels take my soaked gear to the laundry for me free,

I had one owner chew my ear off about how he used to ride and then let me stay for free..


But all in all Aus is a biker friendly place (other people have said they have not been so lucky but i have never had any issues.)
