If you bring it in as a new bike there is a chance that you will have to pay import duty on it as a new bike, no idea how much this is in Egypt but I expect a lot. I suggest you ride it around for a month and put some wear on the tyres and make it look as used as possible. Packing it in the original box is a good idea, some purpose made cases are actually too big for oversize luggage and you cannot fly with them.
Unless asked I would not declare it, if it is your intention to take it home again it is a temporary import for your personal use so no duty payable but if you ask questions they might find ar reason to charge you.
If it is within your weight allowance you should not have to pay to fly it but if along with your other possesions it is more you will pay of excess baggage, look up your airline's policy on flying bicycles and print it off to take to the airport, some check in staff don't know their own airline's rules.
