Flights
No airlines per se but there is a flight charter company that takes climbers and expedition dudes to Antarctica. I assume that they are still around, it was originally started by a Canadian guy, Pat Morrow who was trying to climb the seven summits first and he wanted to go to Antarctica and there was no flight service back in the mid eighties. So he set up a company to do so. I think they do ok, but a few years ago it was bought by someone else in the hopes of making it more profitable. Google search should bring it up pretty quick. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll look though some records to find it for you.
As a side note, Pat was successful in being the first to climb a version of the seven summits, his version included a technical peak in Irian Jaya as the talest peak in Oceania. The other version climbed by Dick Bass uses the tallest mountain in Australia (Kosciosko?), which is non technical, as the summit for that continent. You may want to climb both
