There can never be any certainty about what you might experience even when advice is based on the letter of the law, let alone when based on others' experiences, but it is extremely common for travellers to take advantage of the 8-month TIP to leave their vehicle there and go home for a few months. Most fly out, but others have taken a bus to santiago and flown home from there.
If you choose to never return then provided the bike isn't left where it is going to annoy anyone, nothing should happen.
BTW If you ask an Aduana official if what you propose is OK, you will likely be told that it is illegal. Don't ask, don't tell might be best.
If you want to return to Argentina in the future - after the TIP has expired - that might be a different matter because computers might have the data referenced to your passport.
