Yes still here but I haven't been 30 for some years - still thirsty though!
I don't know about accom near airport (it is quite a way out of town) but I can make some enquiries - are you waiting for your bike to arrive?
How long are you in town for? Happy to show you around the bits I know.

Are you staying at Dakar ???
You won't be short of drinking and partying partners if you're staying there.

It's the Judge!
How the devil are you?
It seems a lifetime ago that we toured BsAs together and you imparted knowledge and maps. The political scene is building up a head of steam here now though). I have been doing the same thing, in reverse, this time around. It is a great feeling to have finished what was a wonderful tour but a bit sad that it is over.
Do you have plans to come back down here or is life too good back in the USA?
Cheers

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
