Hi guys!
Sounds like a great trip you're planning, and it would be great to catch up with you somewhere along the route like you say...
Yes, I'll be #173 on a WR450F this year!
It's been a mad couple of months getting everything ready for shipping at the end of November, and in this brief respite I've even managed to cobble a website together: JennyDakar.com
If you go to the follow me page, there are a number of ways I hope to update you all with my progress during the race itself!
There is also a Facebook page that a friend has set up on my behalf:
JMo Racing - Jenny Morgan Dakar | Facebook
I'll be calling in to her regularly, so she'll be able to update you all through Facebook too!
Hope to see you out there!
Jenny xx

Dakar Rally 2011
Greetings Jenny and our thoughts will be with you in this great adventure. We are back in Australia but our spirits will be spending a lot of time in Argentina and Chile during this race. We get coverage on television over here but usually they concentrate on the top riders but our interest tend towards the amatuers or lesser known riders especially the ladies. The supporters in both these countries are very passionate about the Dakar so enjoy your time in South America and ride well. Carol & Ken

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
