tolugringo,
marker is correct, there is no road from Pucallpa, Peru, to Mâncio Lima, Brazil (where you could eventually connect with the Tran-Amazonian.) I don't see options for travel by boat from Pucallpa to Mâncio Lima...
To get to the Trans-Amazonian from Peru, you will no doubt ride on the Interoceanic Highway (a.k.a. Transoceanica Highway) See the map below for a rough idea of the highway you need to take.

Puerto Maldonado is the last major city as you travel from Peru to Brazil by land. Visit this page for the annual rain fall charts if nothing else. (Hint: June/July is the driest part of the year, if you have a choice of when to schedule this portion of your ride.)

The overland route from Peru is a follows: Interoceanic to Porto Velho (BR), north on BR-319 to Humaitá. From there you can pick up the Trans-Amazonian Highway.

In Fordlândia, there is a long abandoned rubber plant built by Henry Ford. When you get to Itaituba, try to find the road a little further east, then ride north, to Fordlândia. I haven't been there, but it is on my list...
