So many what if’s that complicate the question;
“Are friends of mine allowed to enter Colombia and drive my motorcycle in Colombia from a registration and insurance perspective even if I'm not there?”
The answer appears to be yes they can.
Everything else is a cat and a dog.

so you end up at a party after the bars are closed and there are a few bikers there that have really nice bikes and you think these guys are all right. so you take a fancy to this particular bike and start quizzing the guy next to it thinking it is his bike.
you say no electric start and he says its easy to start, just hop on and give it a kick it starts up in one kick every time, and says give her a try so you hop on and Damm it won't start you keep trying until the rightful owner comes out of the house and sees you trying to start his bike
what do you think happens next
a shit kicking you were set up

And what if then this blonde walks up and she’s hot and is like “why do we go for a drink” and I can fix your bruises, and then you have a few drinks and go home and she turns out to be a bloke, but then sheds her bloke skin and turns out she is a lizard person who has come to earth to scam borrowed motorcycles.
And then she mind alters you and puts lizard people embryo’s in the bike frame and then you ride the borrowed bike back to the US and then the owner of the bike gets blamed for importing lizard embryos and then …. We all better stay home

Ok, I’m lost.
I mean, the lizard lady story I can follow—that stuff happens all the time. But what does swimming a river in Merrit have to do with loaning a bike to a friend in Colombia? They’re not even spelled the same.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
